If something is not right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
Start a return from your account or by emailing us with your order number. We will send a prepaid label and instructions.
Once we receive and check your return, we refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. We will email you when it is done.
Prefer a different size or colour? Let us know and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
If an item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong thing, contact us straight away and we will put it right at no cost to you.
For bespoke items (such as particular dimensions, or fabric cannot be returned unless faulty.
